Journal of International Islamic Business Studies (JIIBS)
Journal of International Islamic Business Studies (JIIBS) is a scholarly journal devoted to publishing high-quality theoretical and empirical articles in all Islamic areas of Business, Economics, Management, Banking, and Islamic Financials. Promote dialogue and discussion on current issues in the fields of Islamic economics and finance among the international community of scholars. encourage empirical research on Islamic finance, takaful, zakat, awqaf, and other Islamic institutions including case studies from Muslim economies. Contemporary global economic issues are viewed from an Islamic perspective. Contributions that facilitate the communications between the real and the financial sectors of the economy are of particular interest.
JIIBS especially seeks rigorous papers that deal with Islamic Business issues. Theoretical and empirical research submitted should be original in both its content and structure. It is a semi-annual journal published in February and October. JIIBS is published twice a year with at least 5 articles in every edition or 10 articles annually.
The editorial board welcomes original contributions of the author in English which have never been published or are under consideration for publication in any other publication. Contributions can be submitted in any of the following forms: articles (should be approximately 6000 words long; however, both shorter and longer manuscripts will be considered), and book reviews (the average review should be about 1500 words long). Submission of the journal should normally follow the JIIBS Template.
